[CMake] Exporting an API for use by IDEs

Hi,

Awhile back, I asked on the kde-buildsystem 
(http://mail.kde.org/pipermail/kde-buildsystem/2006-March/001838.html) list 
about getting some sort of API or parser seperation or whatever that I could 
use to integrate CMake into KDevelop so that native support for the editing, 
configuring, and building of CMake projects could be provided.

Has there been any progress towards this? I'm willing to put some time in to 
getting this done so if there's a plan or roadmap or whatever that I should 
be following, let me know, otherwise, I may just jump right in.
