I've done the following to build a QT plugin:
ADD_DEFINITIONS(${QT_DEFINITIONS})
ADD_DEFINITIONS(-DQT_PLUGIN)
ADD_DEFINITIONS(-DQT_NO_DEBUG)
ADD_DEFINITIONS(-DQT_SHARED)
...
ADD_LIBRARY(foo SHARED ${foo_SRCS})
