[CMake] make in a subdir takes ages.

btw; does that include a /fast on install?
If I do a 'make kwordprivate/fast' it probably will just compile/link that
one lib.
I'm just seeing that a make install afterwards still does do all targets
(i.e. the other libs) and does scan all dependent dirs. Which is really
slowing me down :/
