[CMake] color makefile ?

This is a workaround for the color problems:
Use compile-command
  make -C <dir> | tee

tee removes all the undesired escape sequences :)

However,
I think the problem should be fixed in CMake to be even more 
"conservative" with coloring, e.g. with a runtime check on env. var 
"EMACS=t".
