[CMake] compiling headers in subdirs with MSVS 7.1 bug

Header files in subdirectories are compiled with CMake 2.4.2 (and CVS 
from today),

E.g.

ADD_LIBRARY(bar
  sub0/foo0.cpp sub0/foo0.hh
)

will not work with VS 7.1 generator
