[CMake] cmake 2.3.2 nor latest cvs work on Irix

One thing you may want to watch out for is that some compilers
like to have the -64 as the very first compiler option.   So,
you may want to do this:

CC="/usr/bin/cc -64'
CFLAGS="-ptused -T128000000"

Also, note that CC and CFLAGS go together, and CXX and CXXFLAGS go together.
