[CMake] .NET Framework 2.0 comes with msvcrt.lib

Hello,

	Just a quick note for the free compiler users. The new .NET SDK(*) 2.0 
comes now with the msvcrt.lib (and the debug one). It should now be 
possible to compile CMakeSetup using all the free tools.
