[CMake] CMake + VS Toolkit 2003

Hi,

I would generate the compilation files for the VisualStudio Toolkit 2003
with CMake, but it doesn't work.

I have followed the instructions at www.itk.org/Wiki/ITK_MS_Free_Tool
but CMake says that it can't compile for IA64...

How could I solve my problem ?
