Read the documentation of the INSTALL command.  In the section about
install(PROGRAMS) it says "Use the TARGETS form to install targets built
within the project."  In other words:

# mkisofs/CMakeLists.txt
INSTALL(TARGETS mkisofs DESTINATION bin)
