[CMake] Run commands after "make install"

In CMake 2.x you can use the POST_INSTALL_SCRIPT property on a target. 
See the documentation of the SET_TARGET_PROPERTIES command.  In CVS 
CMake you can use the INSTALL command's SCRIPT mode.
