[CMake] FindXXX.cmake

In the process of converting some of our projects to cmake, I've made a
few new CMake modules that define variables. They are based on
FindJPEG.cmake.

Is there any interest to fold them into the official CMake distribution,
and if so how do we go about it ?

Or should I just submit them on the wiki and let the powers that be decide?
