[CMake] Mastering CMake

Dear all,

I've been looking for the Mastering CMake book in Europe, but I can
not find any store located near (I am from Slovenia). I can only get
it from Amazon.com in a month or so...

Therefore, I was wondering whether anyone knows how to get the book
faster from Europe, because I really would like to start playing with
CMake.
