Just to be sure:

It is possible to create one set of CMake files that describe a project and with this
set of files it is possible to create Makefiles for Linux and Windows (MS Visual Studio)?

Thanks, Martin

  Subject: [CMake] QMake or CMake

  Hi,

I am looking for a platform independant make system.
I found QMake (part of QT-Lib by Trolltech) and CMake.

I plan to use the make system for a project that is should be compilable
  on Linux and Windows machines.

What are main differences / advantages between QMake and CMake?

  Thanks,

  Martin
