[CMake] cmake gets stucked when configure itk2.0

Hello

when I use cmake 2.0.5 to configure the ITK2.0 source package, I
choose D:\itk2.0.0\InsightToolkit-2.0.0 as the source code directory, 
I create an empty directory D:\itk2.0.0\BITK as the binary directory.
When I click Configure in Cmake setup, it start to do configuration,
and then it stucks somewhere. I installed Visual Studio 6.0.

These has happened for more than 15 times, no one go through. Please help~~~~
