[CMake] missing header files dependencies

It looks like the dependency scanner does not account for double-quoted 
include files that are in the directory of the source file.  You can 
work around the problem by adding the include directory:

INCLUDE_DIRECTORIES(${CMAKE_CURRENT_SOURCE_DIR})

though it will be fixed soon anyway.
