[CMake] error of Installation CMAKE on SGI IRIX 6.5

Hi Everyone, 
I tried to install CMAKE on IRIX 6.5
I did 
setenv CXX CC
setenv CXXFLAGS "-LANG:std"
./configure

After it checking something, it is an error happened. 
It said 
Source/cmConfigure. h is unchanged
         cd Source; make
don't know how to make cmSystemtools.o (bu42).
*** Error code 1 (bu21) 
Problem bootstrapping Cmake

Does any one can help?
