[CMake] Rational Quantify

I cannot see source code or function names after building using CMake and 
profiling with Rational Quantify.  I am using the /incremental:no and 
/fixed:no linker flags.  Is there something I am missing.  I have other 
shared libraries that are visible in Quantify that were not built using 
CMake.

Any help is appreciated.
