No, but there is a "directory" property.  Look at

for the documentation of SET_DIRECTORY_PROPERTIES.  There is an 
ADDITIONAL_MAKE_CLEAN_FILES property.  It's not as nice as what you want 
but it's a start.

What kind of files for cleaning did you have in mind?
