[CMake] Ant and cmake

I was wondering if any work has been done to generate Ant files? If not, 
would it be possible or easy to add? This would obviously be useful in a 
mixed C++/Java environment, eg when combined with SWIG. It could of 
course be used for pure C++ projects and would surely add an interesting 
option for building C++ code. A user might want to harness the power of 
Ant in other parts of a project's build and deployment.
