[Cmake] Building .app bundle for Mac OS X

Hi Brad,
Working on it. If you look in CVS, there is initial implementation (not
complete), but soon.
If you need it now, look in CMake/Source/WXDialog file CMakeLists.txt
and see how I did it. It's a mess, but hey, works fine.
