[Cmake] QT_WRAP_UI CMake2.0-2 issue

Yes, this is a bug, please submit it.
I attempted to remove the QT_WRAP_UI flag, as it wasn't really doing anything.
I seem to have forgotten to remove the check in the QT_WRAP_UI command.
