[Cmake] how to find one package when I have two

Hi all,

I'm using ITK. Usually in my CMakeLists.txt files, I use this in order 
to find the ITK package:

# Find ITK.
FIND_PACKAGE(ITK)
IF(ITK_FOUND)
   INCLUDE(${ITK_USE_FILE})
ELSE(ITK_FOUND)
   MESSAGE(FATAL_ERROR
           "Cannot build without ITK.  Please set ITK_DIR.")
ENDIF(ITK_FOUND)

Now I have two different versions of ITK installed in my computer. How 
can I "find" the one I want to use ?
