[Cmake] Stange behaviour: Probable bug?

Hi,
	If I change the date of my computer to a few
	months back say March the TryCompile test starts
	failing for generation of VS 6.0 and VS.Net 
	projects.

	I saw this behaviour sometime back, it just
	crossed my mind now, so thought of updating 
	you people. I didn't investigate much, though
	I plan to look into it sometime. Just seeking
	advise if something similar is already known!
