[Cmake] How to use info->CAPI->AddDefinition ?

Hi Jean,
The AddDefinition in capi is the same as SET(FOO bar) in CMake. It is
not the same as ADD_DEFINITION(...).
Also, you may want to use AddCustomCommandToOutput and
AddCustomCommandToTarget instead of AddCustomCommand. Their usage is
much simpler.
