Does anybody know why Cmake gives me the following error when trying to install vtk under cygwin? CMake Error: Error in cmake code at /home/van/LocalSoft/LocalCVS/vtk/vtk- 4.2.2/Common/CMakeLists.txt:223 Unknown CMake command "VTK_MAKE_INSTANTIATOR2", the same error for Filtering,Imaging and Graphics CMakeLists.txt.
