[Cmake] FindFLTK.cmake

Bill,Stefan,

We had the same issue before. The problem is that CMake doesn't find the
path
${FLTK_INCLUDE_DIR}/../lib when added in the FIND_LIBRARY PATHS

Bill, Is there any way to work around this?
