[Cmake] Green... dashboard...

Hi All,

Just wanted to let you all know that CMake quality dashboard is
completely green*:

There are only a handful of platform where either update or configure
steps are not performed. These platforms are:

esat.kuleuven.ac.be HPUX-B.11.00-gcc-3
esat.kuleuven.ac.be IRIX-6.5-CC-n3
esat.kuleuven.ac.be OSF1-V4.0-gcc-3
esat.kuleuven.ac.be SunOS-5.8-gcc-3
esat.kuleuven.ac.be Linux-2.4-gcc-3

manifold.crd IRIX64-6.5-CC-n3
rolle.engr.utk.edu IRIX64-CC

I would appreciate if the maintainers of these dashboards enable those
two dart steps.

Also most dashboards already have the new BUILDNAME naming convention: 

[zRel${VERSION}-]${PLATFORM}-${COMPILER}[${SPECIAL}]

There are however still some systems that have version of operating
system etc in the build name. This is opportunity to fix those issues
too.

* When I say completely green, I mean not yellow or red spots. There are
however some gray spots, where update and configure tests were not
performed.
