[Cmake] MSVC Ignore libraries

Since these are cache values, you want to append to them, as cmake may have 
some default options that you need.
So, this should do the trick:

SET(CMAKE_EXE_LINKER_FLAGS ${CMAKE_EXE_LINKER_FLAGS} "/nodefaultlibs")
