[Cmake] Read a file

Hi Nils,

Writing files is easy:

WRITE_FILE(/path/to/file "text" [APPEND])

Example:

# Write text to file /tmp/some_file.txt
WRITE_FILE(/tmp/some_file.txt "This is test")

# Append text to file
WRITE_FILE(${PROJECT_BINARY_DIR}/Output.log 
           "Test ${TEST} - success" APPEND)

Reading is not possible yet. Wait for 1.8.
