[Cmake] Creating docs

Hi,

how do I create documentation (for vtk) with cmake ? Or rather, how do I
create a valid make target ?
I want to have my extensions documented. I know of the scripts for
doxygen at kitware, but since cmake asks me whether I want to build
documentation (for vtk), I was wondering whether there is some
(internal) procedure one could use.
