[Cmake] CMakeCache entries

Hi,

I am building cmake and vtk with the new
beta1 release and would like to know the 
significance/use/definition for

BUILD_WARNING_REPORT_LIMIT:BOOL=
CMAKE_AR:FILEPATH=

I think I know this one but
CVSCOMMAND:FILEPATH=
could this be something like 
C:/Builder/GNU/WinCvs_1.3/cvs.exe ?
... I recently changed my install locations for a number of 
programs on Win 2k to get Sebastiens doc_makeall.sh's 
working.
