[Cmake] CMake 1.6 beta - installation problems

Thanks for the bug report.  

I have fixed 1, and 2, but can not reproduce 3.
Try a cvs update on the branch and let me know how it goes.
For 3, if it is still failing for you can you send the output of:
./Source/ctest -R wrap -V
