[Cmake] CMSetup.exe giving me version 1.4?

I reinstalled CMake today using this:

  http://www . cmake . org/CMSetup . exe

From what the cmake web page says I expected version 1.6, but when I run

  "/cygdrive/c/Program Files/CMake/bin/cmake" -h

it claims to be version 1.4.  Is this right?  Wrong?  Expected?

I repeated this a couple of times, and once even wiped the old installation before reinstalling.

I think it would be nice of the windows installer exec had the version in their name, like
CMSetup147.exe, CMSetup160.exe, etc.
