[Cmake] CMSetup.exe giving me version 1.4?

Perhaps cmake.exe was in use when you installed the new version? If so
it would display a dialog saying you need to reboot. After a reboot it
should be OK.  I just tried my install at it reports 1.6.0. But maybe
something else is going in.
