[Cmake] (no subject)

Hi!

I use cmake to generate the Makefiles in my folders src and applications. 
If I remove any file (for example, uzSimpson) from them and I use my 
compiler (gcc) then  I get this compilation error

gmake[1]: *** No rule to make target 
`/home/tsc/cv/monica/uzLevelset/levelset/src/uzSimpson.cc', needed by 
`cmake.check_depends'.  Stop.

If I add a file the compilation ignores it.

Is there any way of automatic actualization of this issues?
