[Cmake] Problem with Regular expressions

Try these expressions:

  "\\.[Ss]$"
  "\\.(txt|cmake)$"

The first level of backslash escapes makes it through the cmake argument
parsing.  The second level is used by the regular expression parsing
inside CMake.
