[Cmake] strange behavior

Hi,

I have a strange problem...
I've been using CMake for a long time by compiling the source code 
without any problems.
Two week ago, I installed CMake using the pre-compiled bin 
(I'm running Win2K/MSVC)  but when I run CMake (on ITK) the 
CMAKE_CXX_FLAGS field is empty  (doesn't show up).

I tried on my laptop (freshly formated) and it worked well.

Does CMake cache something somewhere ?
(I've older versions on my desktop computer)
