[Cmake] Re: slowness of Cmake.pdf update

Both gzip and zip (Unix version of PK zip) compress Cmake.pdf from 1.7 M down to about 100 k.  I
suggest putting CMake.pdf.zip and possibly also Cmake.pdf.gz on the CVS server.  I think most Unix
machines have unzip installed, so just going with Cmake.pdf.zip might be ok.
