[Cmake] CMake release close

That may be a bug, I just looked at the command for  FLTK_WRAP_UI,
and it is already adding the directory:

  // Some of the generated files are *.h so the directory "GUI" 
  // where they are created have to be added to the include path
  m_Makefile->AddIncludeDirectory( outputDirectory.c_str() );

Luis, I think you wrote this, does it work?
