cmake: RE: [Cmake] VC truncating link lines

I would not say it would be major reworking.   The cmDSPMakefile.cxx file would
have to be changed, and the dsp templates would have to be changed.

Perhaps the templates should look like this:
# ADD LINK32  ... standard stuff
CMAKE ADD_LINK32LINES

Then the DSP generation step can add in # ADD LINK32 lines.
