[Cmake] Release 0.2

We have a new release of cmake ready.

You can down load a windows binary from here:
http://public . kitware . com/CMake/HTML/Download . html

The cvs tag is : Release-0-2  for unix source builds.
If you have FLTK on your unix machine, there is a unix
GUI now.

Can people on this list give things a try?   I would like
to announce CMake to some news groups and web sites to start
getting a larger user base.
