[Cmake] CMake coverage

Hi,

I have created a new test for cmake that gets the testing coverage up to about
46%.   It is in CMake/Tests/Complex.   If you have written a command in cmake,
please check the coverage logs and see if you can add a test for your command.
I think the Tests/Complex can just be extended with more complicated CMakeLists.txt
files to improve the coverage.
