[cmake-developers] CDash Build Name Change

I changed a build configuration for the glv.asi site. Instead of Win64-vs14-dbg-x86, it's named Win64-vs14-dbg-x86_64. This name change is meant to signify a change from "Visual Studio 12 2013" to "Visual Studio 14 2016 Win64" for the generator. Please update Nightly Expected accordingly.
