Summary:                    CodeBlocks project with full paths
Description: 
Generating a CodeBlocks project results in absolute paths (from /) in the source
tree rather than relative paths.

Steps to Reproduce: 
Run cmake-gui and select "CodeBlocks - Unix Makefiles" generator. The resulting
project will have absolute paths.

Additional Information: 
This appears to be the same as 0012110 (https://cmake.org/Bug/view.php?id=12110)
which was closed in 2.8.6. 

Saving the generated project (via CodeBlocks interface) resets the paths to
relative, but that breaks next time cmake has to generate the project.
