Summary: Qt4Targets test fails to run twice in a row
Description:
When building CMake with the Xcode generator the Qt4Targets target test fails to
run twice in a row. Once I purge the build directory and re-create it the first
run succeeds again.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create separate cmake build directory and select the Xcode generator.
2. run "ctest -C Debug -R Qt4Targets --verbose" twice.
