Summary:                    flex macro can't handle parenthesis in path
Description: 
The FLEX_TARGET macro doesn't escape parenthesis in the output argument for
flex.

Steps to Reproduce: 
In a project that uses flex I used the build directory 'Build 123()'.

Additional Information: 
Maybe it's possible to use double quotes.
