Summary: CMake does not deduplicate defines which have the
same name but different value
Description:
  cmake_minimum_required(VERSION 2.8)
  project(cmaketest)

  add_executable(mn main.cpp)
  target_compile_definitions(mn PRIVATE TESTD=1 TESTD=3)

  set_source_files_properties(main.cpp PROPERTIES COMPILE_DEFINITIONS TESTD=5)

CMake currently passes all of the defines, and the compiler (gcc at least) warns
about redefinition.
