[cmake-developers] BlueGene/Q Platform files

Hi all,

I've had some BG/Q platform flies kicking around LLNL for a while now, but I
had been putting off sending them back to Kitware.  The ParaView folks
finally got around to working with our BG/Q machines, and my guilt for not
contributing them back for so long recently caught up with me.

I just pushed a topic branch for BG/Q support:
$ git push stage HEAD

Counting objects: 43, done.

Delta compression using up to 16 threads.

Compressing objects: 100% (19/19), done.

Writing objects: 100% (19/19), 4.24 KiB | 0 bytes/s, done.

Total 19 (delta 16), reused 0 (delta 0)

To git at cmake.org:stage/cmake.git

 * [new branch]      HEAD -> blugeneq-platform-files


These are based on the BG/P platform files, but they're revised to account
for BG/Q's directory  structure.

Let me know if I can merge this topic to next.

Also, Thanks to David DeMarle of Kitware for testing these for me.
