[cmake-developers] [PATCH] DEFINES_FILE feature for FindBISON module

New patches for FindBISON changes.

This changeset contains:
- argument parsing routine has changed to use CMAKE_PARSE_ARGUMENTS.
- DEFINES_FILE option is added, which adds --defiles=FILE command line
option and sets BISON_${Name}_OUTPUT_HEADER.

Also, the comments on previous patches are applied.

Brad, Thank you very much for your friendly review on my previous
patches. I had barely no knowledge on this kind of review system.
