Summary:                    In a CMakeLists.txt file, a way to cause local make
VERBOSE=1
Description: 
It would be very nice if there were a command we could use in a subproject
CMakeLists.txt file that would cause, within that subproject only, invocation of
make with VERBOSE=1

Better yet would be to be able to set this option for an individual target.
